If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. All of the bicycles we sell are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty and are sold brand new in the original packaging. If a part or accessory are missing or there is damage to the bicycle or accessory, contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on bicycles that are damaged by excessive customer abuse or on custom Mocean or Olympic Uniforms orders.
If you order the wrong size shoes and wish to exchange them for a larger or smaller size, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the exchange. Shoes that have been worn may not be exchanged.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return and item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
