All of our law enforcement and public safety-specific products are sold to authorized and verifiable law enforcement, private security, emergency medical agencies and U.S. military police only. All requests for purchases of these products must be made on department letterhead or an approved department purchase order. We offer our customers five (5) easy payment options which include:
1. Credit Card

Simply follow the checkout instructions for your Verisign secured,
automatic credit card payment.
2. Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Check
Personal checks must clear before item(s) are shipped.
All returned checks are subject to a $20.00 charge.
4. C.O.D. Orders
We accept collect on delivery orders by phone or mail (some restrictions apply). Orders must be paid with a money order or cashier's check and are subject to an extra service fee of $4.75 to cover additional charges by the delivery service provider.
5. Law Enforcement Open Account Terms
Our open account terms are normally "Net 30" days which
means we will bill you upon shipment of merchandise with payment due
30 days from the date of the invoice. Once your account has been
established, subsequent orders may be placed by phone, fax or
mail just by referencing your account number. Unless a voucher
signature is required, please do not send a confirming copy of your
order. Terms arrangements may be cancelled or modified based on the
payment history of the customer.
Agenices interested in an Open Account may call (951) 318-7341 and
request a credit application or submit the information requested below on
company letterhead or purchase order. An excellent credit rating and
financial stability are required. The delivery of your order may be
delayed pending account approval. Incomplete information may delay
the opening of all open accounts. Past due accounts are subject to
interest charged at 2% per month.

Prices shown on our website are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to honor current pricing. Although every effort is made to keep our website error free, occasionally a mistake will occur. In the event of an error in printing, we reserve the right to correct the error. There may be instances where items are temporarily out of stock. We make ever effort to keep our inventory stocked and website inventory current.
Manufacturers will sometimes discontinue products without first notifying their dealers. Bicycle Patrol Outfitters LLC will do everything possible to keep its website items current. However, in those rare cases when an item has been discontinued or has an extended backorder waiting period, we will provide our customers with alternative product selections that meet or exceed the item they ordered.
Bicycle Patrol Outfitters, LLC is not responsible for changes made by our product manufacturers. The components which are quoted on the bicycles we sell are subject to change without prior notice. We will update our catalog and website as quickly as these changes are brought to our attention by the product manufacturer.
UNIFORM COLOR MATCHING:
Uniform color matching, especially between different uniform manufacturers, cannot be guaranteed. Each uniform manufacturer uses different fabrics, dye lots, threads, etc. Even uniforms which are sold by the same manufacturer could have slight color variations from one dye lot to the next.
Bratwear, Mocean, Olympic Uniforms and Bellwether products offer many colors and color combinations to choose from. Please visit each of the manufacturer's website links listed below to determine which colors are available with the specific fabric(s) you have selected.
Caution! The colors shown on the manufacturer's website may not represent the actual fabric color because each computer monitor and/or color printer varies. Please call for an actual color swatch sample (as available).

You may return mosts items for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. There are no refunds or exchanges allowed on custom uniform orders (refer to uniform ordering page). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip (if applicable). When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
On all warrantied frame replacements, Bicycle Patrol Outfitters, LLC is not responsible for the costs to swap out the new frame (parts, components and other equipment are not covered in the warranty agreement).
All of the bicycle manufacturers have the exclusive right to deny a frame warranty if their engineers deem the damage was due to rider error, a traffic collision or any other neglect caused by the customer or its employees (including poor maintenance, improper riding techniques, improper gearing/shifting, etc.). If requested, BPO will send our experienced bike mechanic to your job site or home to rebuild the bicycle at a cost of $55.00 per hour.
